Leading the Change is an adaptation of some of the most powerful ACN Institute of Leadership learning courses — with a focus on avoiding the emotional and financial consequences linked to failed change initiatives. This module focuses on change that ultimately succeeds by empowering Nurse Leaders to lead both on a personal and professional level.
This module defines the nature of change and looks into ways you can set the direction, motivate and equip your teams, and communicate your vision to enrol others to assist in delivering the change.
