Coaching Mastery aims to develop Nurse Leaders beyond clinical and technical competence. It is about embracing the value of coaching and how you can help develop yourself and others as you progress in your career.
Coaching is about developing the capability to support the people around you and help each other grow in meaningful ways in order to set the nursing profession up for success.
Inspired by Google’s Project Oxygen and human behaviour principles, this module challenges your understanding of your influence regardless of career stage or experience, and explores the ways you can learn from others throughout your career.
Learning outcomes include:
- Demonstrate an understanding of coaching
- Demonstrate an understanding of the mindset required for quality coaching
- Demonstrate an understanding of the critical components of quality coaching
- Demonstrate an understanding of the moments of power in coaching
