The Leader’s Mindset Series 2 is designed to advance your nurse leadership skills from beginning your customer centricity journey to exploring a spectrum of leadership frameworks.
The Leader’s Mindset Series 2 combines five key modules:

- Next Horizon Thinking
- Sustaining Change
- Coaching Mastery
These five modules provide rich, engaging and thought-provoking content; we know this will be a great investment of your time and resources.
The course content is self-directed, online and needs to be completed within 12 months. However, we recommend doing the course in a more concentrated tempo and completing it within six weeks to eight weeks.
Upon completion of The Leader’s Mindset Series 2, you will be granted 30 CPD hours and receive a certificate of completion.
